Winter is tough on skin, but with a few little protective measures, you can soar through the season with skin feeling smooth and functioning well.
Most winter skin problems stem from dehydration. We face cold dry air outside and overheated air inside our homes. This robs skin of moisture the skin needs to self-exfoliate. Without self-exfoliation, its difficult to keep acne and rosacea under control, and skin looks dull or red, and doesn’t feel as smooth as when properly hydrated.
